2024 Spotlight Author Registration

We offer TWO different author registration tiers: (1) Author and (2) Spotlight Author. Please review the qualification requirements below and package benefits. If you would like to attend GRL as an author but prefer to not have a spotlight session, please visit the AUTHOR registration page to see if that tier is a better fit.
If you are unable to secure a spot, please add your name to our waitlist (it will appear in the menu once all author spots are sold out). We use this list to fill openings once they become available. Please review the registration requirements below.
Registration Requirements:
- Authors must have a minimum of THREE (3) published LGBT romance work at the time of registration.
- Work must be of novella length (25k) or longer. This does not include "free reads" or stories included in an anthology.
Package benefits:
- Listed on our website with a Spotlight Author designation and an accompanying author profile.
- Recognized as an author at the retreat with an official "GRL Spotlight Author" lanyard.
- Recognized as a registered Spotlight Author in our event guides.
- Receive ONE (1) guaranteed seat on an author spotlight Q&A panel (ALL Spotlight Author panels will be themed Q&As).
- Participation in the SATURDAY book signing.
- Opportunity to reserve ONE (1) Author Lounge session.
- Access to purchase additional promotional extras to feature your brand.
