We offer TWO different author registration tiers: (1) Author and (2) Spotlight Author. For those authors who choose to showcase their brand with more vigor, we offer our SPOTLIGHT Author registration track.
If you are unable to secure a spot, please add your name to our waitlist (it will appear in the menu once all author spots are sold out). We use this list to fill openings once they become available. Please review the registration requirements below.
Registration Requirements:
- Authors must have a minimum of ONE (1) published LGBT romance work at the time of registration.
- Work must be of novella length (25k) or longer. This does not include "free reads" or stories included in an anthology.

- Listed as a registered “Author” on our website with an accompanying author profile.
- Recognized as an author at the retreat with an official “GRL Author” lanyard.
- Recognized as a registered “Author” in our event guides.
