Arshad Ahsanuddin is a Board-certified Hematopathologist, a type of laboratory physician specializing in diseases of blood, bone marrow, and lymph nodes, such as leukemia and lymphoma. He also writes queer vampire novels without a trace of irony. Currently, he is working on the Secret Histories, a series of novellas that counterpoint his earlier paranormal/scifi series, the Pact Arcanum Saga.
